
To engage educators and promote Big Life Journal’s classroom resources, I directed a large-scale virtual conference centered on growth mindset in education. The event combined expert-led sessions, community discussions, and downloadable classroom tools to create an impactful, on-demand learning experience.

Responsibilities:
- Planned and produced a full three-day on-demand virtual experience
- Recruited and managed 12 speaker sessions and supporting materials
- Coordinated recording logistics and quality assurance for all video sessions
- Directed email marketing, attendee communications, and nurture sequences
- Designed the event structure, content calendar, and discussion engagement plan
- Developed post-event sales funnel and reporting process
Results:
- Attracted 6,000+ educators and parents as event participants
- Generated thousands of qualified leads for product sales and partnerships
- Strengthened Big Life Journal’s authority in the education and SEL space
