Building and Launching a Mission-Driven Digital Membership Experience

I led the full lifecycle development and launch of GrowthMinded, a professional learning and community membership platform for parents and educators, acquiring 1,200+ members in the first three months.

Key Contributions:

  • Product & Membership Strategy: Designed onboarding flows, email campaigns, and content positioning to increase adoption and long-term member retention.
  • Funnel Optimization & Engagement: Identified drop-off points in referral-driven funnels and revised messaging to highlight low-lift access and clear value, improving activation and engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Managed scope, budgets, timelines, and 20+ stakeholders across Marketing, Product, UX, and external vendors.
  • Scalable Processes & Resources: Built SOPs, onboarding workflows, and digital asset systems supporting a 400+ resource content library, enabling ongoing content expansion and operational efficiency.
